It was the cheapest one I could find, they changed the time but it was still within the acceptable range. The guide didn't go as in depth as she could have but she did make sure to let us know everything during the bus. The driver was charming and very funny from the first moment. The guide simply came to give us the explanation in Spanish but I did not understand very well the presence of another guide who had accreditation to guide us but did not know Spanish. Basically we had two guides but only one spoke Spanish and the other had permission to give the explanation which she did not give. That generated a bit of bewilderment and disappointment. But overall the experience was good, at least they didn't cancel it like other families.

The small bus picked us up at the scheduled time. The 1.5 hour transfer was comfortable and our driver was a safe driver! Our guide on the bus provided information on the way to the two camps and guided us through the two concentration camps. He provided a lot of information about how the initial selection process occurred, their daily life of misery, torture, medical experimention, starvation, abuse and death from the conditions, gun executions, hanging, and the gas chambers were for Jewish men, women, and children. We also saw the furnaces in Auschwitz were so many victims were cremated in a vain attempt to hide their crimes. It was a somber, heart wrenching day that I will never forget.

A very good experience in the company of our guide Karolina who was incredible during this visit. Despite my wife's difficulties in keeping up with the pace of the visit (it should be pointed out that it's a steady pace for the more frail), our guide showed great empathy towards us and waited for us all the way before proceeding with the explanations. She was able to bring out the heavy past of the place with her details as well as the stories of the people who passed through this camp. Thanks again for everything, it was a great experience both emotionally and humanly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A deeply moving and essential visit The guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was one of the most remarkable and impactful experiences we have ever had. It's impossible to remain indifferent as you pass through the places where so much pain and tragedy took place. The atmosphere is silent and heavy, but at the same time necessary to understand the scale of history and pay homage to the victims of the Holocaust. The guide was excellent - very professional, respectful and with a deep historical knowledge, managing to convey the information clearly and humanely, without ever losing the sensitivity that a place like this requires. The transport from Krakow was well organized and punctual, with enough time to tour both camps (Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau) in a calm and reflective manner. It's a tough visit, emotionally intense, but absolutely essential for anyone who wants to better understand the past and appreciate the importance of memory. I recommend it to everyone, in the knowledge that it is an experience that changes the way we see the world.

A memorable visit to this emotional place... We were a little worried, however, because a week before the visit, a message told me that it wasn't certain that a French guide would be able to take the tour. Fortunately, the day before, the tour was confirmed, but the scheduled time was changed. Everything turned out fine, but the organization was a bit tight... We arrived on site at 7.15am, and by then it was already very busy. We had to queue up to get through security. What we could regret was the fast pace of the visit. At times, we didn't get all the information the guide was giving us, as we were further back in the group. We couldn't linger to look at this or that, or simply gather our thoughts, because we had to keep up and not get in the way of the other groups. It's a bit of a shame... on the other hand, it would have been nice to have been able to move around freely. But apart from that, both the driver and the guide were very good. We're not sorry we came.

Because the tour was postponed by 2.75 hours, we finished in Auschwitz II 10 minutes before closing time / sunset. In Auschwitz II, they no longer waited for the last people to arrive but always started the lecture early. As a result, I always missed out on information. The long walks were also difficult in the short time available. I had to go to the toilet again and was the last one on the bus, because it was a 1.5 km walk from the farewell point (Crematorium 3) to the bus in the dark. I thought that was a shame, we could have walked to the bus as a group, because I didn't know anyone and was afraid I would have missed the bus. Tour guide Alina (Halina?) was very knowledgeable and speaks good German. A 2nd lady went along as an escort, at my request a tour guide herself. However, she was not talkative and rather dismissive. All in all an informative tour!

The guide was really good. The headset was abit annoying at times as the audio kept breaking up when out of range. We were told we were paying for a fast-track skip the line ticket - this was far from the truth. We had to wait for hoursss before getting to the front of the queue in the morning cold. I don't understand why we needed the driver person with us - we could've just got a taxi there ourselves and queued up. I don't see the reason at all why we needed him there to hand us our own cash to pay for a ticket. Very very bizarre. The pick up time got changed last minute from 9am to 4am which is absolutely ridiculous. No other company could get away with this sort of behaviour but because they have a monopoly on this experience they do. Glad I went for the educational experience but this company that set up the excursion are not behaving transparently and effectively.

The visit to the memorial was extremely informative. The organization of the journey was chaotic. The transfer to the memorial had been postponed from 9:00 a.m. pick-up to 12:50 p.m., then the bus didn't show up either, and we were then taken to Auschwitz in a replacement bus. We arrived there at around 3 p.m. and were only able to visit main camp two after dark. This was a great pity. We were also surprised that the bus didn't take the highway to the memorial, but took almost 1.5 hours to get there. This could have been much shorter.
