Important Information

• Each paying adult can bring 1 child below the age of 2 for free under the condition that the child does not occupy any seat on the bus.

• If the roadway is closed, the arrival time will be delayed by 40 minutes.

• Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage on the bus.

• Travelers will be taken to the closest JR station or other significant transit hubs in the event that airline departures are delayed due to bad weather or traffic, which might result in missed flights. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

• The number of passengers determines the kind of vehicle (large bus, medium bus, small bus, taxi)

• None of the bus seats are reserved. Requests for a certain seat won't be honored. When the bus is underway, buckling your seatbelt is a good idea.

• Children aged 6 and under are eligible for free ski lift rides.
