The reservation with Headout was no problem. We went in and everything we booked was included. Széchenyi Spa was a disappointment. Too many people and the outside pools were separated by a tarp (perhaps construction work) which made it look bad. I regret having opted for this spa. I am sure any other in Budapest would have been a more pleasant experience. I will be back
A great day out and once in a lifetime experience, however the main pool is closed for refurbishment (as you can see on the right of the photograph, there was scaffolding all round it) which we had not been told about. We would've chosen a different experience had we known. Was a bit disappointing.
Very clean, well-run, and the food was excellent. The lifeguards were brilliant at curtailing any antics and there was a really chilled vibe in beautiful surroundings. The thermal bath is an amazing experience. Loved the secure cabins. A memorable day.
The space was beautiful, it was just a shame that the larger spa was under construction, but I found the experience incredible. I loved the fact that the side spas had different temperatures, with one being hotter and more relaxing, and the other being cooler. I think the infrastructure is worthy of applause, even with a lot of people you could swim to your heart's content. The interior was equally beautiful, with many different pools and baths. I would definitely go back to experience it again. Thank you
Absolutely brilliant day. Stayed there for 5 hours and could easily have stayed longer. Just so relaxing and therapeutic. Great in the outdoor pools when it was raining so don't be put off if the weather looks bad!
The entrance was quick. The locker is in a dressing room next to more lockers, it is not private, but it is correct. Apart from the outside space, which is not accessible from inside, there are several other rooms inside with different pools at different temperatures.
In my opinion, 2-3 hours is enough to see it and enjoy everything.
We visited Széchenyi Spa first thing in the morning, and we highly recommend doing the same! The facilities were very clean, and it wasn’t too crowded at that time. Getting a cabin ticket was definitely worth it for privacy and convenience. We stayed for about two hours, which felt like the perfect amount of time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
