My experience was incredible starting from getting my tickets online super fast and the high tea was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend. Instead of paying the fee to go up the tower, you pay a bit more and you can enjoy a full buffet with delicious food and relaxing music while enjoying 360o degree views from the top of the Orbit restaurant. I would go back again maybe for dinner next time to see the city with the night lights. I just loved it so much. Hi, it was really amazing , its not my first time up in the sky (I was a Captain with 15000+ hours in the sky), but here was very nice. One thing is not so nice is when we queued to register it was one window and the guy there took too long time to process each visitor while 2 other windows empty not doing anything just because they process for site seeing where no visitors or customers at their widows. At least one of them should help the queued customers.

The view and food are amazing. However, I ve unpleasant long wait from the entrance to the restaurant. The queue and waiting time to wnter the lift is more than 40 min. That left me with onky an hour to enjoy my hi tea. I am also not happy with the staff who manned the lift to the hotel. I find the female staffs rude and unwelcoming. Guests to the restaurant should be informed to reach the reataurant an hour earlier due to the crowd.

    The staffs at the lifts were polite and engaging with my elderly parents and my kids from Australia. The staffs at the restaurant went above and beyond helping me when my daughter got hurt. A wonderful experience!
