I had booked the Petronas Towers for 10:30 a.m., and it was very empty...meaning there was plenty of space, peace and quiet for the tour, and NO crowds jostling for the best photo spots, for example. I then visited the KL Tower at dusk. No crowds there either, but it was busier than at the Twin Towers in the morning.
