The first bus on the red line was fine, we had Wi-Fi and a great view. At the end of the journey, we had a quick transfer to the bus on the green line. But there was no Wi-Fi, the speaker in the open section on the second level wasn't working, the one in the closed section wasn't working very well, and we couldn't understand the commentary. So we went back to the open section without the commentary. So 5 stars for the red line and 0 stars for the green section bus. Total 4 stars because the journey is good for both routes.

Definitely a must-try experience in Kuala Lumpur, especially for dinner. The 360-degree view of the city at night is stunning with all the buildings lit up, and the slow rotation of the restaurant lets you take amazing pictures from your seat. The dinner buffet was awesome with a huge variety of food, and luckily it wasn't very crowded. While it is a bit expensive, it’s worth it for the atmosphere; also, there’s no need to pay extra for a window seat since you get a great view from anywhere in the room.

My daughter and I took the tour. It was nice going around our hometown KL and viewing our city atop a bus. The routes were great, and loved the detailed commentary. 😊👍🏻. Hope we can take the night tour sometime- as it's always booked! Suggestion if the top of the bus can have retractable canopy when it rains, or can provide raincoats when it rains as cover. Also I think if you do special tours in Mandarin, Bahasa or Arabic....you will do great with foreign visitors taking the tour.

Admission with the tickets was straightforward and easy. The food was excellent. In addition to sushi and sashimi, there were all kinds of appetizers and soups. For the main course, there were delicious dishes from Asian cuisine. For dessert, there was a lavish dessert buffet featuring tarts, cakes, fresh fruit, and ice cream. The only downside was that there was no alcohol served with the meal. The service was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend the revolving restaurant.

    The views and the experience of the revolving tower great Ticket and support terrible experience it took all afternoon to resolve a simple question. The ticket stated scan ticket I called helpline told ticket needed a bar code a new ticket would be sent after continuos calls with wrong ticket I was finally told after 5 hours of communication the ticket did not need bar code
