The place was dreamlike, the application easy to use. The ticket was changed at destination without problems, only that the day and time booked did not allow the entrance due to a staff strike so they put together all the schedules in one and the place was full of additional people and it was close to noon and it was hot losing the sense of getting the ticket at 8:00 am. Luckily we were able to get in and see this marvel. I am sorry for the other people who had to travel at noon and were not allowed in.

Very easy to navigate as a first time visitor. Staff are very friendly and speak english. We were slightly late but there was no issues with the time. It was pretty busy, but that was expected because it was a Sunday afternoon and the weather was really good. The lines to get up to the acropolis were quite long but still enjoyable. More time to take in the sights and talk to other fellow travellers. Truly breathtaking views and great photo opportunities for your instagram posts.

We wanted to do the Acropolis Museum before doing the Acropolis the next day. A good move. We learned a lot about the Acropolis and Parthenon before we took a tour to the top of the hill. Easy to use electronic tickets. Able to skip the line to purchase tickets and go right up to the entrance. Loved the Lego Acropolis and took pictures to show to grandchildren who really like Lego. Here is the battle between Athena and Poseidon over who would be protector of the city.

Even though the weather was a bit rainy, visiting the Acropolis of Athens was one of those experiences that stick in the memory. Do you know when you arrive at a place and think "damn, this really exists"? That's exactly what it was. The rain even added to the charm - it left the stones shining, the wind bringing that smell of ancient history. Climbing to the top, watching the city open up around us, was surreal. Every column, every bit of marble, seemed to tell something, I was enthralled. It's not just a tourist spot; it's one of those places that makes you feel small, but in a good way, like "I'm standing where all this began". In the end, the rain that followed was just a detail. The Acropolis remains majestic anyway. It was worth every second - and, honestly, I would have gone even if it had been raining.

Easy to order the tickets, but the audioguide was a bit boring.

The Acropolis Museum was a very good experience. It is a brand new facility and architectually interesting. The map available could be better as to directing visitors, but we made our way along and thoroughly enjoyed the displays and labeling. We were just there on Oct. 27th and the crowds were not overwhelming. Oct. 28 is a holiday in Greece and Monday, the 27th, was also a day off for some, but all was good. There is so much to take in that it would be so wonderful if one could do a floor at a time on different days. It was amazing to see the pediments, etc., from the Parthenon and also the Caryatids from the Erechtheon. There is a small cafe on the first floor near the bathrooms. Basically salads and lunch items are offered and are very good. Our tickets from headout were on my phone and we had no problem getting in. Thanks! We were at the museum for 4 hours or so, but we also had lunch. Worth the visit!

The tickets worked but did not get access to the lower level as it closes early but was recommended to go in the evening to have a better and more appealing experience with the archeological displays lit! So disappointing and had to buy tickets next day to see that one level - so please let people know if you buy evening ticket (as museum open til 10pm Friday - you can't see the best bit!!

seeing the Acropolis is in itself a wonderful experience. Through headout the purchase of tickets was super easy, they were available on the app as was the audio guide which worked perfectly. I preferred not to turn on the location so that I could enjoy each monument and hear the explanations again without overlapping. I recommend
