The entrance to the acropolis and the museum were almost perfect, no waiting and no queues. However, the access to the 6 archaeological sites were not easy to redeem, as we had to download another application and the indications were not easy. They also did not correspond to the indicated accesses and we could not enjoy the audio guides to download as indicated on the tickets. The option did not appear. The customer service was quite weak, the chat did not solve anything and by phone several operators did not speak English fluently, much less Spanish so it was difficult to communicate and solve the problem to redeem the other tickets.Rakesh

Having to download 2 separate apps that didn't work well with my iphone was frustrating. The one time only pin code was a joke. It completely prevented me from retrying from start. Almost like this was intentional to avoid extra work on your end. I have since reported to my credit card company that we want a chargeback/refund. Do better next time!
