Main Entrance

Located on the northwest side of Aquarabia, right next to the large on-site parking lots, the Main Entrance is the sole public entry point for all visitors. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with wide, smooth walkways, ramps, and step-free access to ticketing and security. E-tickets and QR codes are scanned at the gate turnstiles, and shaded waiting areas are available for families and children. Elevators and accessible paths connect to all major park zones from here.

Overall, I would rate my experience 6/10. The organization outside the park was excellent. Parking was easy, the shuttle buses were well managed, and both entry and exit were smooth and efficient. However, there were several things that significantly reduced the overall experience. A few attractions were closed due to technical malfunctions after we had already waited in line for around 30 minutes, which was very disappointing. Queue management inside the park also needs improvement, as there wasn’t much control over the lines for several attractions. I understand that food and drinks inside amusement parks are usually more expensive, but the pricing felt excessive. For example, a small bottle of water that normally costs around 0.5 SAR was sold for 5 SAR, and many other items had similarly high markups. My biggest disappointment was finding out that some attractions required an additional payment even after purchasing a water park ticket. If I’ve already paid for admission, I expect the main attractions to be included. Having to pay extra for activities inside the park made the experience feel less worthwhile. Overall, the park has great potential and the staff handling transportation and entry did an excellent job, but improving ride reliability, queue management, and the ticket value would make the experience much better.

Aqua Arabia in Qiddiya City is a total game-changer for water parks in the region. From the moment you enter, the scale is insane — massive slides, huge wave pools, and areas themed around Arabian folklore that actually feel immersive, not just painted walls. What I loved most: it’s built for Saudi summers. Tons of shade, cooling mist zones, and fast lanes so you’re not stuck in lines under the sun. The family zones are spacious and clean, and the thrill rides genuinely deliver that adrenaline hit. Staff are friendly and security is tight, which makes it stress-free with kids. Food options are decent and prices are little high but fair for a park this size. Parking and access from Riyadh are smooth too. Overall, Aqua Arabia feels world-class. If you want a full-day cool-down with friends or family, this is the new must-visit spot in Qiddiya. Can’t wait to go back!
