What to expect
Aqualand Maspalomas
Gran Canaria's largest water park has been running since 1986, and the recent season adds Skull Bay — a fully themed pirate water world that's the park's most ambitious new zone to date. Across the rest of the park, 40+ slides span every age and appetite.
-
Skull Bay: A fully themed pirate zone where water slides, splash features, and pirate scenography combine. The park's headline addition.
-
Snake Falls: A twisting, turning slide that picks up speed through every curve. One of the park's most popular rides for a reason.
-
Banzai: A group adventure slide — wide, fast, and best experienced with the whole party on board at once.
-
Tsunami: A dizzying near-vertical plunge slide. The one that gets talked about on the way home.
-
Racer Twin Turbolance: A multi-lane racing slide — one of the largest in Europe. Line up next to your group and settle the argument about who's fastest.
-
Tukakame: An enclosed high-speed tube slide with sharp turns in the dark. Shorter than Tsunami but technically different enough to be worth doing separately.
-
Water Labyrinth: A winding multi-path water maze where the route through is up to you. Slower-paced and genuinely fun for groups who want something less adrenaline-driven.
-
Polynesia and Skull Bay children's zones: Dedicated areas for younger guests with scaled-down slides, splash pads, and shallow pools — separated from the main ride areas and designed specifically for little ones.
-
Discovery Beach: The park's shared space where every age group converges. Waves, sand, and enough room for the whole group to spread out.
-
Hydromassage area and Pirate River: The Hydromassage area for genuine stillness; the Pirate River for a slow, peaceful float that covers the park without requiring any effort. For the members of the group who have earned a rest.

-
You may bring your own food and drinks into the park; glass containers of any kind are not permitted.
What's not allowed

Glass containers are prohibited throughout the entire park.
-
Selfie sticks, plastic holding tools, and rigid camera mounts are not permitted on any attraction. Water cameras are allowed on some rides — check with the lifeguard on duty for authorisation before use.
