Both the Rijksmuseum and the Lights Festival boat tour was a great experience for my first time in Amsterdam! Museum staff and service was exceptional, they allowed us to enter outside of the booked window time after we explained to them our situation and cause of delayed arrival. The boat tour was lovely, great guide who was very friendly and got to see the great art pieces a part of the festival. The hot chocolate was perfect for us in the windowless boat, since it was cold.

There were four of us there (2 couples) and we were all very impressed! The check-in was friendly and uncomplicated. Our guide spoke good English, was very relaxed and told us lots of really interesting things about Amsterdam. There were blankets for everyone against the cold, so there was nothing to complain about. Experiencing Amsterdam from the water is a completely different experience! We would come again!

I couldn't see so much for the entire tour, always tried to lift my head over the boat or squeeze into other people's open windows. The guide was funny and engaging- her voice tone was a bit too higher for my standards but for one hour is manageable :)

The beauty of Amsterdam's Festival of Lights and canals Excellent guide with very good explanations. The rating is due to the fact that it was very cold in the boat and the view was limited.

Very good experience, gives a good view of Amsterdam's architecture and the Festival of Lights. In the end, the cruise only lasted 1 hour and not 1h15... but we weren't disappointed!
