Very few lines at the entrance and very well done audio-guided tour. An absolute must-see museum when visiting Vienna.

The online tickets still had to be exchanged at the museum. This meant we had to queue. It would be better to send an online ticket with a corresponding QR code for direct entry. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

We loved it. I would be there much more longer if there would be possibility to refresh for example in a coffee bar. I have seen paintings from such a great painters for the first time in my life and it was life changing. Lucie

I expected to receive tickets via email or a QR code, there was only one reservation ID on the app, the staff on site had some difficulty understanding how to dispense tickets.
