• Simply exchange your voucher at the 'Redy2go' redemption desk located in Sydney Airport
• For domestic arrivals, proceed directly to the Redy2Go rank located outside the terminal between T2 and T3
• For international arrivals, you will find the Redy2Go desk inside the arrival hall as you exit the customer’s area (directly in front of you if you exit from Gate A or to the left if you exit from Gate B)

CBD Hotels to Airport

• Kindly wait outside your accommodation or designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time
