As soon as you arrive at the airport, a trained professional driver will be waiting at the ‘arrivals’ area. He or she will be holding a placard with your name for your maximum ease and convenience. Similarly, if you're looking for a departure transfer, your driver will be awaiting you outside your hotel. After a brief meet-and-greet, they will escort you to the car and safely place your entire luggage inside.
Since flight arrivals are often subject to unpredictable schedules and tend to get delayed, your arrival timings will be monitored so that the driver will be there on time. What's more, the service operates 24/7, so even if you need to travel during midnight hours, we’ll be right there at your service.

For Arrival Transfers
- Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area of Santorini airport holding a sign with your name.
- Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
For Departure Tranfsers
- You will be picked up from your hotel.
- While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.
- If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location.
- On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
