Additional information

• Pickup timing: Be ready at your pickup location 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Airport waiting time: For airport pickup with flight tracking, the driver waits up to 90 minutes after landing.
• Standard waiting time: For non-airport pickup or no tracking, free waiting time is up to 15 minutes.
• Flight tracking: Select flight tracking for airport pickup if you want the driver to monitor your arrival and wait up to 90 minutes after landing; otherwise, the waiting time is up to 15 minutes.
• Driver contact: On the service day, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp; please reply to confirm pickup.
• Vehicle choice: Select your vehicle based on total passengers and luggage to avoid capacity issues.
• 5-seater capacity: A 5-seater can take up to 5 people with 4–5 standard 24-inch suitcases.
• 9-seater capacity: A 9-seater can take up to 9 people with 8–9 standard 24-inch suitcases.
• Large items: Count large items like strollers or instruments as 2 regular suitcases each.
• Extra fees: Add any extra fees during booking or prepare sufficient cash to pay the driver.
• Flight delays: The provider is not liable for any loss you incur due to flight delays.
• Narita timing: For Narita Airport, plan to reach the airport at least 3 hours before your flight time.
• Narita travel time: Travel to Narita Airport usually takes 60–90 minutes, depending on your pickup location.
• Narita Terminal 3: For Terminal 3, you will be dropped at Terminal 2 and walk 5–10 minutes due to vehicle rules.
• Pier pickups: If you need pickup at Osanbashi, Daikoku, or Honmoku Pier, you must add the pier pickup option.
• Meet & Greet: If you select Meet & Greet, the driver will wait with a name sign at the agreed meeting point.
• Standard pickup: If you do not select Meet & Greet, you will receive a detailed pickup map and meeting point instructions.
• Booking changes: If you need to change your booking, contact the provider at least 2 days before your transfer.
• Booster seat: One booster seat for children aged 3–6 years is available, but availability can vary by service.
• Capacity rule: Overcapacity may be declined, so ensure your group and luggage fit within the selected vehicle limits.
