Using AREX was a worry-free means of going to my hotel straight from Inchon terminal 2. Except for the security check waiting in a long line due to the amount of travelers arriving, navigating through the airport, picking up my luggage, and locating the AREX platform below the first floor was easy. As a first time traveler to Korea, I was amazed with the top shape condition of AREX train. It was clean and comfortable.

The booking went perfectly. But there were some problems at the airport converting it to a ticket at the machines near the gate entrance. But the staff member was very helpful and everything went perfectly.
