Find The Phoenix Lounge in Terminal 1, Floor 2, between the security lanes at Dublin Airport, accessible by lift or escalator. Dual entrances sit on the Mezzanine after Fast Track and just beyond central security. Present your lounge booking, boarding pass, and valid photo ID at reception to enter.

Rules and Restrictions

Maximum stay is 3 hours. Longer visits are not permitted.

The Phoenix Lounge is not available after U.S. Preclearance. U.S.-bound passengers should opt for other alternatives.

Premium spirits cost extra and are not included in the price of the lounge pass.

Voucher format: Bring your booking confirmation in the format stated on your voucher.

Photo ID: Bring a valid photo ID such as a passport or government ID. Ensure that the name matches your booking.

Boarding pass: Carry your same day boarding pass for a Terminal 1 international departure to access the lounge.

Dress code: Smart casual attire is recommended for lounge entry.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.

Stay limit: You cannot stay in the lounge for more than 3 hours per visit.

Post U.S. Preclearance: You cannot access this lounge after completing U.S. Preclearance.
