Getting settled

Follow airport signs to your chosen domestic lounge in the Main Terminal. Carry your lounge booking, valid same-day boarding pass, and government-issued photo ID. Present them at the lounge reception where staff will validate access and guide you inside.

Location

• China Southern Airlines Gold/Silver Member Lounge: Located airside, on the 2nd floor of domestic departures hall, next to Gate 33 at the end of Concourse B.

• BCS Domestic Premier Lounge: Located airside. After security check, the lounge is located in the C-finger corridor on the 2nd floor, in the floating island above the Hermes store.

• CHUM Guest 79 Lounge: Located landside, at security channel 1, Gate 11, Level 3, next to the CHUM counter for First and Business Class exclusive lanes.

• CHUM VIP Lounge: Located airside, near gate B20.

• Southern Airline Golden/Sliver Card Member Lounge 3: Located airside, on the 3rd floor of Domestic Departure Hall.

Rules and Restrictions

• Access is tied to the specific lounge option shown on your voucher and the 2-hour package booked.

• Re-entry, extensions and any extra services follow each lounge’s own on-site policies.

• The lounges located airside can only be accessed after clearing security checks.

• Make time for security checks after time spent at your landside lounge.
