It was quick to exchange the ticket for the entrance ticket, with little waiting time to enter. The sequence of the points of the audio guide does not coincide with the tour of the gallery. The points on the audio guide do not match the room numbers either. Every time we entered a room we had to look for the explanation in the audio guide. Or the other way around, when we were interested in something in the audio guide we had to look for it in all the rooms until we found it. The audio guide should have two options in its presentation, a short one of important points and the other one a complete option. We could avoid wandering around the rooms looking for the audio guide and vice versa. In the same way the explanations of the audio guide are very good.

Booking was easy and included an audio tour which could be downloaded prior to arrival on the app. Uffizi gallery was amazing, there is so much to see you will need a few hours there. The audio tour was a little disappointing as could not sync it to the rooms we visited, and there were many which could be visited in different orders. The audio by the gallery had numbered references to easily select the appropriate guidance for the pictures being viewed. I would recommend using the gallery's audio tour rather than relying on the app.

Once you have validated your reservation at the office to get your paper tickets and made the checks, thanks to the simplicity of using the audio guide you will have a pleasant visit to the Uffizi. Recommended to download the audio guide before access, even for the partner eventually (who will not need to download and register to the 'app)

Nice welcome by two young girls, ticket delivery, it's easy! Even if you can get an electronic ticket, it's always easier to get a paper one. Example: in the campanile ... lost connection, no QR code ! ....

Both, Ufizzi Gallery and Accademia Gallery are incredibly beautiful. When I was reading the comments from other, I could not even think one tenth of what I see with my own eyes. I, 100% recommend, to go there; it is worth of the money definitely.

I did not like it, there was no one from the company, the instructions we were given to enter were not correct, the audio guide did not work without internet, we used the same service in the visit to the academy with the same bad result.

Truly a wonderful museum. Even my husband (not big on museums) loved it! We spent 3 amazing hours with Botticelli, Pitti, Rafael and gorgeous sculptures. The views of Florence at sunset were spectacular as well. Truly a great day!
