We ordered the last minute priority tickets for the Accademia when we realized we would have time to visit. The office where we checked in for tickets was great. She gave us tickets and took us around the corner and pointed out a place where we could get a quick lunch before our visit. When we got in line. We were able to get in with no wait. Thoroughly enjoyed the gallery and appreciated the elevator and ramps and clean restrooms. Seeing the statue of David and other displays was wonderful.

As is always the case when tickets are purchased and issued online, admission to the museum is smooth and hassle-free. The works in this museum are breathtaking. In every room, you’ll find at least one piece that will capture your attention, leaving you standing in awe. The works that amazed me the most were those by Botticelli and Caravaggio, but not only those. I had visited 16 years ago, and it was with the same joy and delight that I rediscovered these masterpieces.

It's not the first time I've visited them, but every time I discover something I had missed before, there is so much to see! This latest visit confirmed the GREATNESS of the UFFIZI, wonders and impressive discoveries! I could spend days inside the museum experiencing nocturnal sensations, watched over and reassured that the sculptures and paintings convey emotions to me. Nocturnal! Long live the Uffizi! Both galleries were great to visit with many memorable visis. I did feel it was difficult to follow a recognisable flow through the Uffizi but managed to see everything I was interested in and believe I didn't miss anything. The Accademia was excellent with the obvious start being "David". However, an unexpected bonus was the historical musical istrument section which I found very interesting.

I was able to quickly check my ticket at a nearby location. The staff at the entrance were very friendly. Since we had purchased our tickets online from Chile, everything went smoothly. Inside, it was easy to view all the works, as there weren't that many visitors, perhaps because it's winter in Italy. The works on display are of immeasurable beauty.

First things first, it's no secret. This museum has some of the most important art in the world. It's full of beauty. Buying tickets was easy. We arrived an hour before the scheduled entry time, but they let us in. I have one very significant complaint—I bought tickets with audio guides, but we didn't receive any explanation of how and where to get them. The representative at the audio guide distribution point even got angry when we tried to find out what to do.

The audio guide’s navigation isn’t particularly good; for example, the area on the ground floor isn’t shown or described at all. On the two upper floors, there are no numbers indicating the artwork or the corresponding description in the audio guide. As a result, you end up focusing a lot on your smartphone rather than on the galleries. Next time, I’d pick up a separate audio guide from the museum.

The indicated entrance no. 3 to the Uffizi Gallery did not exist. There are only entrances 1 and 2. The overview in the audio guide does not correspond to the room names in the Uffizi Gallery. This makes it difficult to find your way around. Nevertheless, the visit was worthwhile. The information in the audio guide was very good. The exhibition is unique and the waiting time in the queue was reasonable.

The line moved fairly quickly, but the Audi guide app was difficult to use, the timing was off, and the room numbers didn't match up. At a certain point, I couldn't make head or tail of it anymore, so I gave up on it. Still, I've never seen such a concentration of masterpieces before.
