The problems were all related to the food: the breakfast arrangements were unclear (and it was probably served late), and the lunch was mediocre and not filling. The biggest problem was with the sandwich provided in the morning—we found a cockroach still alive inside it. When we pointed this out to the staff, they told us that wasn’t possible and that it wasn’t their fault.
