You'll receive separate vouchers for each attraction. Present your mobile voucher at the entrance and keep a valid photo ID ready. A brief security check may be required before entry.

The museum is closed annually from 24th December - 26th December (inclusive).

Most standard tickets include a complimentary return visit within 10 days.

Genealogy consultations are available both online and in person.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
