Tour was great in spite of no interpreter. We went to the place to no avail. We panicked and walked back to our hotel. Joining WhatsApp was a wise decision. Got a call and front desk manager answered and told us to meet the driver at the front of the hotel. We made it!

The driver picked up us on time. We enjoyed the trip. But unfortunately my lunch box had been eaten by others who didn't buy the lunch.

After your visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial, return to Krakow for an approximately 1-hour lunch break with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, giving you time to relax and refresh before continuing to the next part of the tour.

Wieliczka Salt Mine

After lunch, your guide will lead you to the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

What to bring

Wear sports shoes, as the tour involves extensive walking and descending 800 stairs.

Wear appropriate clothing for the salt mine, where temperatures remain between 14°C and 16°C.

What's not allowed

Bags larger than 30 x 20 x 10 cm are not permitted at Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Bags larger than 35 x 20 x 20 cm are not permitted at the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

The pace and duration of the tours are determined by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial visitor service and may be subject to change.

The name on your booking must exactly match the name on your photo ID. Entry may be refused if the names do not match.

Hotel pickup is available from central Krakow hotels. Guests staying outside this area or in restricted-access zones will be assigned the nearest possible pickup point.

The exact pickup location and time will be provided at least one day before the tour.

Visitors to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine may be subject to personal and bag security checks.

Toilets located near the museum are paid facilities.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
