Schindlers Fabriktour war ein Höhepunkt unserer Städtreise in Krakau. Vorallem höchstes Lob an den Tourguide für seine ausführlichen und informativen Erläuterungen. Sehr kompetent mit sehr viel Hintergrundwissen. Wie waren etwas skeptisch, ob die Führung wirklich problemlos klappt. Wir hatten aufgrund der starken Nachfrage sehr früh online gebucht u.auch nur noch ein Zeitfenster in Englisch erhalten. Wir bekamen nach online Zahlung zwar eine Buchungsbestätigung mit einem Button Tickets anzeigen, aber da tat sich dann in der App nichts mehr. Beim check in an der Kasse wurden wir brüsk abgewiesen mit dem Hinweis Fremdanbieter -please wait ouside. Aber auf der Liste des Guides waren wir vorgemerkt, also slles Bestens!

This was an amazing tour conducted by English speaking Bart. He was amazing! The history knowledge explained throughout the museum tour and Jewish ghetto tour was no less than amazing! I highly recommend booking this tour! My recommendations are don't just book a standard ticket when visiting, you HAVE TO HAVE an English speaking tour guide (or alternative languages) as they bring the museum alive! We are still talking about it now! Thank you so much!

Superb Guide, sensitive but very direct about the story of Krakow in the period leading up to and during WWII. The tour was conducted at an appropriate pace, we felt we had learnt the story without needing to stop and read everything along the route. Her personal family touches completed the story perfectly.

Wir hatten Bartek als Reiseführer der uns kompetent und informativ durch das Schindler Museum geführt hat. Der Aufbau des Museums als Zeitreise ist toll. Anschliessend noch Führung durch das Ghetto. Dieser Teil blieb deutlich hinter dem Museum zurück, da die Relikte ein wenig fehlten. Aber 👍

La guía fue increible! Nos explico muchisimas cosas con mucho respeto, cariño y entusiasmo para que nos llegaran todas esas historias. La fabrica esta muy bien ambientada para hacer una visita amena, curiosa y completa. Es una visita imprescindible si vas a Cracovia.

Michel our guide was very knowleable and put over the information in an interesting way that held our attention for 2.5 hrs. The tour was more about the Nazi regime in Krakow, and had less about the factory than I expected, but put that period of time in context. I learned a lot. My only grumble is the pre-tour admin - more precise information needed about the meet-up (name and photo of guide, exact location, don't join queue, etc. would have helped) - the Museum staff didn't recognise our ticket and told us to join queue. It was stress that could have been avoided with clearer, precise information.

Did not go on visit. I am disabled and having stood in the queue to get in to the museum started to have problemsxwith my ability to stand for a long time unaided. Memberscof the queue helped me into the museum but I was asked by the lady on the door to prove I was disabled. As a visitor I was unaware that in poland disabled people needed a certificate of proof of disability so fid not have one. I was told to go back to the queue. I therefore left. I feel I was discriminated against as a disabled person.
