I used the Vienna Megapass with my boyfriend and it was a great way to see the city. The flexibility of choosing attractions was perfect for us. I had a small issue setting up the e-sim at first, but customer support helped me quickly and everything worked fine. Thank you!

Ich habe keine Tickets erhalten, Ich habe Sie umfangreich über meine Situation ionformiert. Sie haben mir überhaupt nicht weiter geholfen. Ich mußte vor Ort alles selber neu buchen. Sie haben den Kompletten Vorgang vorliegen und mir versprochen, dass Sie sich melden. Auch das ist bisher noch nicht passiert. Ihr Service ist unterirdisch, das Touristik Team in Wien habe von dem Vorgehen von Ihnen in Kenntnis gesetzt. Die wissen auch, dass Sie sich bis jetzt weigern den Batrag zurücjk zu erstatten. Ich habe daher vor der Zusammenarbneit mit Ihnen gewarnt.

Took my mum to Vienna for her birthday and honestly, this pass was a lifesaver. We skipped sooo many ticket lines (the Sisi Museum queue looked wild but we just breezed through). Public transport included made it so easy getting everywhere. My only gripe – wish the app worked a bit smoother, but everything else was GOLD. Highly recommend if you’re not into wasting time figuring out metro tickets or whatever.

Super handy if you wanna see a bunch of stuff in a couple days. Used the hop on hop off bus a lot with my girlfriend. Some of the museums were PACKED, especially Belvedere, but we still got in quick. Only thing – some places close early (Freud Museum closed at 5?), so plan your route!
