Toller entdeckenswerter Tierpark. Absoluter Höhepunkt waren das Pandahaus und die Koalas. Gastronomie war wie stets in Wien top. Das Schnelleinlassticket hat die Wartezeit verkürzt und daher das Erlebnis noch verbessert.

We wanted to see Panda, that's why traveled to Wienna from Budapest. Although the weather was awful with large wind and heavy rain therefore most of the animals stayed inside Panda circulated untiredly in his place. We have been delighted. Oktavian

Weather was not as we except but ZOO was awesome. My 2 kids was excited, there is huge number of animals but for them Panda was something special. Recomondation to visit

Everything was excellent. The animals look happy. It was amazing to see the giant pandas so close in particular with the hippos being a unique close second.

We loved the zoo! It was totally worth it. Such a great variety of animals. What we didnt care for was the added train trip. They did not give us headphones. When we finally got them they did not work. It was a waste of money.

Spread across a sprawling 17-hectare site, you'll find yourself amidst 700 species, from zebras to anteaters, many of which are critically endangered. Experience the thrill of spotting Siberian tigers lounging on platforms, orangutans skillfully swinging through ropes, and giraffes graciously greeting visitors. However, the most popular residents of the Schönbrunn Zoo are the giant pandas, a rare privilege as it is one of a few zoos worldwide to be entrusted with a pair of these endangered species.

Discover diverse animal houses

Traverse through the rainforest house, home to a rich variety of tropical flora and fauna, or visit the aquarium terrarium and be mesmerized by the sight of colorful fish and intriguing reptiles. The Polarium, Polardom, and Tirolerhof areas offer unique views of seals, penguins, polar bears, and rare breeds of farm animals.
