Der Besuch im Uffizien in Florenz war unkompliziert und alles funktionierte reibungslos. Man darf jedoch nur Flaschen mit maximal 0,5 Litern mitnehmen und muss sich einer Sicherheitskontrolle unterziehen. Der Audioguide funktionierte einwandfrei, allerdings stimmten die Nummern im Guide nicht mit denen im Museum überein, was die Suche nach der richtigen Aufnahme für ein bestimmtes Gemälde oder einen Raum manchmal erschwerte. Das Museum selbst und die ausgestellten Werke waren wunderschön und faszinierend. Ich habe ca. zwei Stunden im Museum verbracht.

Wir hatten den letzten slot gebucht. Angegeben war eine Stunde Zeit zur Verfügung. Wir waren aber zeitiger da, um eventuelle Wartezeiten zu kompensieren. Es gab keine grosen Verzögerungen, so das wir tatsächlich + 20 min hatten und auch beim Ausgang waren wir 15 min zu spät. Das war alles kein Problem. Alles in Allem war es ein Erlebnis.

Head out is a really great app - I was worried I was going to get scammed buying on line tickets. This is legit with all sorts of helpful tips for visiting the museums, maps of museums, highlights of what to see and clarification of what is ok to bring (ok to bring a water bottle). Thank you Italy!

Es war wirklich einfach und klar beschrieben. Es ist gut organisiert. Der Audio Guide funktioniert jedoch nicht im Erdgeschoss. Hat ein bisschen für Verwirrung gesorgt. Aber letztendlich hat er sehr gut funktioniert. Unglaublich beeindruckende Kunstwerke. Sehr viele Eindrücke. Sehenswert.

Per prima cosa la semplicità nel prenotare online gli ingressi. Nessun intoppo. Al nostro arrivo, Le segnalazioni per raggiungere l'ingresso riservato erano chiare, i controlli veloci ed efficienti. Niente stress e visita rilassante.

Its amazing i liked the painting and more stuff. I wanted to go back to the shop but unfortunatly it is not possible anymore :( thats the only negative i can give. For the rest it was a great expierience

Für mich war der Audioguide nicht anwendbar, zu kompliziert, vergeht zu viel Zeit. Die Textinhalte waren für mich auch nicht sehr interessant. Trotz online Ticket gab es eine Warteschlange um 12:30 und bis man durch die Security durch ist vergeht durchaus über eine halbe Stunde -also noch früher kommen! Weite Strecken, bevor es erst im 2. Stock losgeht. Übrigens darf man 50 cl Wasser mit ins Gebäude mitnehmen, oben gibt es ein tolles Terrassencafé mit wunderschöner Aussicht 😊. Die Uffizien sind insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis! Z. Hs. nachlesen reicht auch. Fotografieren ist ohne Blitzlicht erlaubt!Viel Spaß!

The Headout booking was well organised from booking online tickets, to downloading the audio tour, to entry to the Gallery. The audio tour was very informative but it took me awhile to match the artworks to the commentary. All good after that. The Uffizi Gallery itself is beautiful and at times majestic. Of course the artworks are iconic, especially Botticelli's Venus. I'm pleased i went to the Uffizi and can now tick off one of my bucket list items.
