Ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Mitten in Cairns gelegen befindet sich ein einzigartiges Aquarium welches sehr schön aufgemacht ist. Es gibt viele wissenswerte Informationen über Australiens Meeresbewohner und Reptilien. Der Staff ist sehr nett und freundlich. Kurz vor dem Ausgang begibt man sich durch einen gläsernen Tunnel durch ein Konglomerat mehrerer zusammengeschlossener Becken in welchem sich unter anderem riesige Rochen und Haie befinden was ich absolut beeindruckend fand. Eintrittspreis für Erwachsene mit 58 AUD absolut gerechtfertigt. Einen Besuch kann ich sehr empfehlen. 😁👌

Highlights of our visit was the stingray playing with the kids sliding through the curved aquarium floor. Also seeing these number of species were very awesome.

Tour group made what would seem like a complicated day trip very easy and enjoyable. Hotel pickup was appreciated. Tour lead provided tickets and instructions on how to execute the day. The Skyrail was a really neat trek and the town of Kuranda was definitely worth visiting. We had a great lunch up there and also paid to go into the Koala Gardens (mini zoo) where we could pet and feed kangaroos! The train ride home was memorable, though it is a long slow ride. Highly recommend booking this tour if you have an extra day in the Cairns area. Well worth it!

The Cairns Scenic Railway & Skyrail Kuranda Tour was one of those rare experiences we undertook during our visit to the great continent-county of Australia. The iconic and well presevered train transported us into another era. The commentary as we traversed through the widing tracks and the plethora of tunnels was very informative. The stops at the Barror Gorge and Falls was very good and sufficient to look in awe the grandeour of nature's work. The Kuranda village had a relaxed, bohemian vibe. We easily spent time wandering through its markets, cafes, and wildlife attractions. The return journey on the Skyrail was a standout. Gliding silently above the rainforest canopy feels almost surreal. We literally floating above one of the world’s oldest rainforests. The Skyrail offers a completely different perspective from the train — airy, expansive, and deeply peaceful.

This was a fantastic family experience. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable and ensured all in attendance were catered for. The boat was comfortable, the pontoon was well stocked and with more than enough room to not feel crowded and the lunch on Fitroy Island was delicious. Very happy we chose DunLoved yo tick off this bucket list item.

This island has it all! Beautiful rainforest, fabulous beaches and a great bar. Views are truly breathtaking. Highly recommended.
