La visita al TeamLabs Planet de Tokyo fue estupenda, salvo por la gente irrespetuosa con la que mi pareja y yo coincidimos en gran parte de las instalaciones. No respetaron los momentos en los que había que estar en silencio (o hablar en voz baja), gritando y molestando y de esta manera arruinando la experiencia de un lugar que se vende como un museo sensorial y en el que debes estar con los cinco sentidos puestos en cada instalación para disfrutarlas al 100%. Lo peor de todo es que esa gente irrespetuosa era gente adulta, nada de niños incontrolados o incontrolables, no. Gente adulta que sabe leer y que debería entender perfectamente como se debe de disfrutar de una experiencia como esta. Pero en fin, exceptuando a esas personas, el museo es muy disfrutable, muy bonito y una experiencia muy recomendable.

One of our favorite places in Tokyo. We visited yesterday and really enjoyed the experience. We booked our tickets about a month in advance, which I strongly recommend, as it can get busy. Entrance was very smooth — we used the app and had no problems at all. Still, I recommend downloading your tickets beforehand just to be safe. The water, forest, and garden areas were all very interesting, but our children especially loved the forest part the most. I don’t want to spoil too much, but there are interactive elements where you can create your own figures and see them come alive, which was very fun. Overall, a unique and memorable experience for both adults and kids. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Tokyo.

TeamLab Planets is so worth the visit! Every room has something different to experience with a water, forest, garden and open air sections that all have multiple rooms to explore. The organisation of the place is amazing with free locker rooms in each section for your bags/ shoes and it's definitely worth doing the tea experience in the open air section if you have time! Takes a few hours to get around so don't plan a rush trip and you need to book in advance. Tickets with Headout worked perfectly a the door. Well worth the money!

Great exhibition, maybe one of the sections I believe it was the garden section with the orchids was the weakest along with light eggs but the others were great , the the athletic part was a great addition, too bad nothing like this could work in America because they're too wild and just wait to sue someone for an injury, also certain parts require some kind of silence to appreciate the art but again the loud American ruining it for everyone, but highly recommend it best 100$ for an art exhibition I've ever spent on

What an amazing experience!! It was fun for my entire family. Each room is set up beautifully and you never feel crowded or overwhelmed because the staff do such a great job of keeping the crowd moving. The immersive art experience is one I never been a part of but what a beautiful experience! I'm so thankful we got our tickets early, it's so worth it!! We had a blast! The water part and the flowers were our favorite!

This was the last place I went in my trip to Japan and what a way to end my trip! It was so magical and the rooms and experiences were so beautifully curated. I felt I could switch off completely from the outside world and fully immerse myself in the art. I will be recommending it to anyone I know coming to Japan and I can't wait to return and try out the other exhibits on my next trip.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. I arrived a bit late (Tokyo Metro struggles 😅) for my 12:00 reservation and didn’t realize that 12:00 is just the earliest entry time. There was a queue, so I ended up getting in closer to 12:50 but it was totally worth the wait. Everything was very well organized, and the free lockers were super convenient. You can explore each exhibit at your own pace with no time limit, which makes the experience even better. I took my time and really enjoyed being immersed in every room. Stayed for 2hrs. If you’re visiting Tokyo, I highly recommend adding teamLab Planets to your itinerary!

The VR e-Sports activity is not open for children under the age of 7.

Children between 7 and 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Height restrictions will be strictly enforced for all rides and activities.

Free admission is available for children under 7 years old. However, depending on height (taller than 110cm equivalent to 3.6ft), there is a fee being charged for the attractions. Please purchase a ticket for a child in that case.

Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on-site for rates.

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.

You will have to remove your footwear during this experience.

Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.

The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.

Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.

Tickets can only be used on the selected date. You cannot enter without a voucher.
