From the moment we entered, every room felt like stepping into a different world where art, technology, light, sound, and nature blended seamlessly together. What impressed me most was how interactive everything was. Instead of simply looking at exhibits, you become part of them. Walking through water, seeing digital flowers bloom around you, and experiencing the breathtaking mirrored spaces created a sense of wonder for both adults and children. The exhibits are beautifully designed and constantly changing, making every moment feel magical and photo-worthy. Despite being popular, the flow was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. If you're visiting Tokyo, this is an absolute must-see attraction. It's not just an art museum—it's an unforgettable sensory experience that sparks curiosity, creativity, and pure joy. Easily one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

The event itself was just amazing. My only issue was with the line up. An easy solution to this would be the addition of a couple of drink/snack vending machines, that Japan is so famous for. That said, the line moved quickly and orderly with the direction of friendly staff. Once inside we moved from display to display and it exceeded my expectations. This location is a MUST SEE for anyone visiting Japan. I'll be visiting Team Labs Planets each time I come to Japan.

The visual experiences and the engagement. Everyone was so pleasant that we're working there. We are 73,78 and 79 years old. My two cousins were like little kids and said they had a lot of fun.

Joypolis was a blast. Playing games I never got to try when I was younger made it special, but the best part was sharing it with my nephew and sister. It’s the time together I’ll remember most.

The landmark was the garden, the forest, the baloons and moving flowers. I really enjoyes and the joyful and playfull room with coloured balls. It was very enertaining to finish the path.

Enjoyed our family visit to teamlab planets very much. Except in the room with all the huge balloon like balls, even though the adminstrators said no heavy pushing of the balls, there was a student in uniform that pushed a ball with all his strength and I was knocked down and I was injured. I am thankful it was not my elderly parents or young that got hurt.

The location is quite remote, there is nothing around it. You need to arrive at the right time or you can end up hanging around. It is very popular so masses of people. There are helpful guides. I would recommend this particularly for children

The VR e-Sports activity is not open for children under the age of 7.

Children between 7 and 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Height restrictions will be strictly enforced for all rides and activities.

Free admission is available for children under 7 years old. However, depending on height (taller than 110cm equivalent to 3.6ft), there is a fee being charged for the attractions. Please purchase a ticket for a child in that case.

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.

You will have to remove your footwear during this experience.

Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.

Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.
