The combo ticket booking experience and how it works was the easiest way to entry path for both the memorable experiences. The river cruise was like a one hour ride, please take your own headphones as you can download and listen to the curated location synced audio description only with that. The thermal bath just scanned our tickets and let us in and gave us whatever was required over there. Hassle free = good experience, thanks to headouts combo tickets! 🥳

Hoje passei um tempo no Termas e só posso dizer: que lugar maravilhoso! É aquele tipo de ambiente que faz a gente esquecer da correria e aproveitar cada momento. Entre diversão, descanso e boas companhias, tudo ali parece feito para deixar o dia mais leve e especial. Quem já foi sabe do que estou falando… e quem ainda não conhece, precisa viver essa experiência! Quanto aos ingressos, muito facilitado e preço melhor

I went to Széchenyi the biggest Thermen of Budapest . I had a locker and the man working there saw from my twist which number I had. The water felt very hot, somehow like 38° or more, but it was about the same as the weather, 23° I expected to see steam coming from the water, but that's only in autumn and winter, I suppose. Beautiful side baths, and beds to lay on in the sun.

Réservation facile, billet d'entrée envoyé simultanement. Pris une entrée pour les bains thermaux Szechenyi à Budapest avec entrée coupe file et cabine privée très appreciable et pratique - une très bonne expérience. Je recommande vivement ce moment de pure détente dans ces bassins chauffées à differentes temperatures, la piscine, hammams, saunas dans un cadre hors du temps.

Ha sido todo correcto y rápido, reservar con Headout nos lo ha puesto muy fácil , además de comunicarte lo necesario para nuestra visita a los baños termales Széchenyi de Budapest. Estos baños cuenta con muchas piscinas y termas de todo tipo, tanto en interior como exterior y saunas curativas. Sin duda, volveré a reservas más actividades con ellos.

The spa was lovely, much cleaner than we expected and we were able to grab front row seats having only arrived at 10:00am (on a Wednesday). The cruise was fantastic- Elijah was so knowledgeable and spoke fluently through hundreds of years of history! Both standout experiences and the ticket process was super easy at both!!

Esperienza molto bella alle Terme Széchenyi, assolutamente da fare durante un viaggio a Budapest. La struttura è grande e offre diverse piscine, sia interne che esterne, con temperature differenti. Le piscine esterne sono sicuramente la parte più suggestiva e l’atmosfera è davvero particolare. Consiglio di arrivare al mattino, soprattutto se si vuole godere delle terme con un po’ più di tranquillità, perché con il passare delle ore diventano piuttosto affollate. È utile portare con sé ciabatte e asciugamano; gli spogliatoi sono comodi e ben organizzati. L’ingresso con il biglietto acquistato tramite Headout è stato semplice e senza problemi. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza piacevole e caratteristica, che consiglio di inserire nell’itinerario se si visita Budapest.

The place is magnificent and I enjoyed a relaxing day there. I arrived at midday and there were no sunbeds left in the whole place, but I found a single (last!) chair which was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the beauty of the architecture and the yellow facades around the outside pool area. What I didn't like was that I had to pay an extra 10 Euros, as the regular tickets were sold out.

Ticketing worked smoothly although it wasn't immediately apparent what I was supposed to do once I had my wristband - some guidance here would have helped. Wonderful atmospheric building and a classic Budapest experience.

My wife, friend, and I had an incredible time at Szechenyi Spa. We’ve never seen anything like it in the United States. It was an amazing place, and we had a blast. I highly recommend it.

Getting started

Start your day at the main entrance of Széchenyi Spa, where you’ll validate your ticket and receive your locker or private cabin access. Once checked in, you're free to explore the spa’s historic and rejuvenating facilities at your own pace.

What to expect

Opened in 1913, Széchenyi Spa is Europe's largest thermal bath complex, famed for its Neo-baroque architecture and healing mineral waters sourced from natural hot springs.

Features

3 outdoor pools: Relax in the thermal pool, swim laps in the swimming pool, or enjoy the experience pool with jets and massaging water features.

15 indoor pools: Choose from pools of varying temperatures, designed to help with relaxation and wellness.

Sauna & steam rooms: Access multiple saunas and steam cabins to detox and enhance your wellness experience.

Locker or private cabin: Store your belongings securely in a locker or opt for a private changing cabin for additional comfort.

Want to save time and avoid entrance crowds during the rush hours? Opt for fast-track entry, available in morning or afternoon time slots, to skip the main queue and gain direct entry to the spa.

What to bring

Bring along your swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a swimming cap for the experience.

It is mandatory to wear slippers throughout the spa area. Swimming caps are required in swimming pools but not in thermal baths.

What's not allowed

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

This experience is restricted to guests under the age of 14 years.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.

Additional Information

On Saturdays, the venue opens at 8:00 AM, so plan your arrival accordingly.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the swimming pool will be closed from April 20 to May 17, 2026.

Renovation work will take place at the entrance stairs from Állatkerti Street between May 4 and July 12, 2026.

The swimming pool side locker room area will be under renovation and converted into a coed locker room between July 29 and August 6, 2026.

The staircase sunbathing area will undergo renovation from August 31 to October 11, 2026.

The women’s thermal section will be closed for renovation from December 7, 2026, through November 2027.

The pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing.

Last entry is permitted up to one hour before closing time.

If you select the fast-track entry ticket, make sure to enter the spa before 11am or after 3pm for guaranteed immediate entry.

Your ticket allows one-time entry only and cannot be reused for re-entry.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
