Pratica e veloce il ritrovo e l'ingresso con la guida che ha permesso il saltafila. Migliorerei la guida da scaricare affinché prosegua con l'avanzamento della visita in modo che abbia un filo logico. Trovo il biglietto un po' caro, contando che la pala è a parte così come i musei

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service of the tour company. Our ship docked later than expected, and the ferry took longer to get to Venice. I called to see if we could get a later scheduled tour because we missed ours. I couldn't get through and thought we just missed everything. However, shortly after I received a return call and said we could meet the tour guide at the Saint Mark Square. We met her and she took us through the the line area and we were able to have our tour. She saved the day and we were very happy.

When purchasing the tickets, it was not stated anywhere that the price did not include access to the roof terrace, balcony, and tower. This was an important part of the visit for me, and discovering this only on site was an unpleasant surprise. I believe such details should be clearly indicated in advance so that visitors can make an informed decision and avoid disappointment. As a result, I cannot recommend this guide and hope that this feedback will help improve the clarity of information provided to future visitors.

According to the ticket purchase information, there should have been an opportunity to enter the sacristy of the Santa Maria de Salute Church and the Santa Maria Assunta Basilica on the island of Torcello for free. Since only advance tickets were sent, we did not have such opportunities with them. Misleading information was provided regarding the meeting under the clock and the skip-the-line option, as we had to stand in a rather long queue.

es war sehr praktisch, dass man alle Informationen und das Ticket kontaktlos bekommen hat, ich musste keinen extra Treffpunkt suchen. Leider war es nicht 100 % klar, dass das Museum und die Loggia im Markusdom nicht dabei waren.

The basilica is Great but the visit was in a hasté and the explanations from the guide scarce and inintéresting. It is important to know that late afternoon visits do not need skip the Line arrangements as there is no Line!
