We had a wonderful experience at Snow World Abu Dhabi, and the booking through Headout was smooth and convenient. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout the visit. To be honest, we never expected to be so deeply impressed. teamLab Phenomena is far more than just a museum or an interactive exhibition—it’s a complete reset for your mind and soul. The most amazing part is that nothing really prepares you for what you’re about to experience. The less you know before your visit, the better. Every room surprises you in a completely different way, encouraging you to slow down, disconnect from the outside world, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. You don’t simply observe the artwork—you become part of it. The combination of light, sound, movement, and space creates something truly unique that photos and videos simply cannot capture. A special mention goes to the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, making the experience feel even more welcoming and seamless. This is one of those rare places you’ll want to experience again. It’s equally fascinating for adults and children, with everyone discovering something different while leaving equally inspired. We’ve visited many museums and immersive attractions around the world, but teamLab Phenomena stands in a league of its own. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, don’t miss it. It’s an unforgettable experience that stays with you long after you leave.

Your combo ticket gives you entry to Snow Park Abu Dhabi with unlimited access to all snow rides and winter gear, plus skip-the-line entry to Louvre Abu Dhabi. Arrive 15 minutes early at each venue and show your ticket at the entrance.

What to expect

Snow Park Abu Dhabi

9 snow attractions: Enjoy unlimited access to rides like the Polar Express Train, Ice & Floe’s Toboggan Race, Drift’s Downhill Run, Troll Bowl, and Crystal Carousel.

Winter gear included: Get fully equipped with a snow jacket, pants (sizes S–4XL), boots, gloves, socks, and helmets for kids under 13.

Fun for all ages: From gentle rides to thrilling descents, there’s something for kids, teens, and adults alike, all in a magical indoor winter setting.

Louvre Abu Dhabi

Striking architecture: Walk under the 180m-wide dome that creates a “rain of light” effect and covers open-air walkways and reflecting pools.

Art through the ages: See 23 permanent galleries featuring works from ancient art legends like Da Vinci and Monet to modern masters like Cy Twombly.

Made for families: Kids can explore their own space in the Children’s Museum, filled with hands-on exhibits designed just for them.

Snow Park Abu Dhabi

This experience is restricted for guests under the age of 2 years.

Drift’s Downhill Run and Snow Hare’s Bunny Hill are restricted for guests under the height of 0.9m and above 1.2m.

The Crystal Carousel and Polar Express are restricted for guests under the height of 1.05m. Guests below 1.05m must be accompanied by an adult.

The Tree Slide is restricted for guests under the height of 1.1m.

Ice & Floe’s Bumper Tubes are restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m.

The Flight of the Snowy Owl is restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m and over the height of 2.0m and under the weight of 30kg and over the weight of 120kg.

The Troll Bowl is restricted for guests under the height of 1.25m.

Graupel’s Summit Escape and Ice & Floe’s Toboggan Race are restricted for guests under the height of 1.25m and over the height of 2.0m and under the weight of 40kg and over the weight of 100kg.

Louvre Abu Dhabi

Food, weapons, paint, smoking devices, musical instruments, fishing and photography equipment, and liquids are not allowed inside the venue.

Bags and backpacks, except small handbags, are not allowed in the venue. You can keep them in your accommodation or the venue cloakroom.

Drones and commercial photography are not allowed inside the venue without prior authorization from the museum.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs and strollers are available for loan from the loan desk.
