- Buggy and pushchairs are also not permitted on this experience, however there is a free buggy park at the venue.
- Your pets are not permitted on this experience.
- Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.

- The recommended minimum age is 6. Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- The 4D magic bus isn’t suitable for guests with epilepsy, motion sickness, heart conditions, pacemakers, asthma, or other chronic illnesses.

- The average cruising time for a Thames sightseeing cruise from one pier to the other is 40mins except from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier which is 10mins.
