Outside food and drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.

Large baggage: Large bags and luggage are not allowed at the venue.

Drones: Drones are not permitted inside the park.

Flash photography: Flash photography and some professional equipment are not allowed inside the park.

Pets: Pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Re-entry: Re-entry is permitted with a hand stamp.

Entry documents: Entry requirements vary by guest origin, such as a Mainland China ID, a Hong Kong or Macao Travel Permit, or a foreign passport.

Changes and refunds: No modifications, cancellations, or refunds are allowed after purchase.

Disney app: It is recommended to link tickets to the Disney app for an enhanced experience.

Hong Kong and Macao guests: Hong Kong and Macao residents must carry a Mainland Travel Permit or People’s Republic of China Travel Document.

Taiwan guests: Taiwan residents must carry a Mainland Travel Permit or People’s Republic of China Travel Permit.

Age requirement: If you are below the age of 16, an adult must purchase the ticket for you and accompany you.

Foreign guests: Other guests must carry a valid foreign passport.

Ticket number: Please note that your ticket number cannot be obtained before entry.

Important: The correct way to enter the park is by presenting the passport used at the time of reservation. The GAL code is not used for entry and is only meant for ticket exchange at the Guest Service Center if passport verification issues arise.
