Wir hatten eine tolle und sehr eindrückliche DMZ-Tour. Unsere Guide Katie war hervorragend – sehr freundlich, engagiert und unglaublich kompetent. Sie hat die Geschichte Koreas und die Hintergründe zur DMZ spannend und verständlich erklärt und dabei auch viele interessante persönliche Einblicke gegeben. Die gesamte Tour war bestens organisiert und verlief reibungslos. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns der Besuch des 3. Infiltrationstunnels und der Blick auf Nordkorea. Auch unsere Kinder fanden die Tour spannend. Vielen Dank an Katie für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis. Wir können diese Tour jedem empfehlen, der mehr über die Geschichte und die aktuelle Situation auf der koreanischen Halbinsel erfahren möchte.

We absolutely loved the tour. Our guide, Katie, was especially amazing. She shared so much interesting information, was incredibly enthusiastic, and genuinely cared about every guest. She really made the experience extra special. It was fascinating to visit the border between North and South Korea. We also really enjoyed the walk to the suspension bridge, which was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go on the day we had originally booked because of military activity at the border, so we went the following day instead. The weather was much less pleasant that day, which was a bit disappointing. However, the tour itself was still fantastic, and we would highly recommend it.

We had a great day with Heather. A very enthusiastic cheerful guide, that kept the group engaged throughout the day. She checked on everyone regularly and had a terrific memory for names. Communication was good throughout prior to pickup information was given. The day ran smoothly and we had plenty of time at each of the stops. We did not feel rushed at all. Lots of information was given but in a way that did not overwhelm. We would highly recommend the company and Heather has excellent English and made the day fun, we did not find it a hard phyiscal day neither did the rest of our group.

Me and my korean friend booked the tour quite spontaneously. We had a lovely tour guide called Chloe, who was able to make the tour feel lighthearted despite the heavy topic. Both me and my friend learned knew things about Korean history and present. Chloe was very well informed about the topic and was able to andser questions factually and with personal experience. She guided us seamlessly through all the different stops and made the tour really memorable!

The tour was amazing, pur tour guide Jay made every stop and the bus drive both funny and interesting. Lewrni g about the history and seeing wverything cant be described with words. If you book this tour be ready to walk a little but its very worth it. And if you get Jay as your tour guide you are in good hands, you will lesrn aomething and have fun.

What to bring

Wear comfortable walking shoes as you walk through the tunnel and on different terrains.

Bring your valid passport, which the military officials at the entrance of DMZ will check.

What's not allowed

Luggage and large bags are not allowed on the tour.

Waving, pointing, signaling, or photography without permission are not allowed at the DMZ.

Strict Dress Code: No ripped pants, shorts, skirts, or camouflage.

DMZ is not the kind of place a traveler can just wander off. Tourists must stay with their guide and military escorts at all times.

This tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

This tour is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have medical conditions like high blood pressure, seniors, or those with mobility issues.

DMZ is a military area and hence it can close without prior notice.

DMZ is closed on Mondays and military training days.
