We had a great day and the audio app made the tour so much better. The background info was very informative and helped us gain an understanding of everything surrounding the castles history. Although we had a couple of initial hiccups with using the app and syncing it with locations, we soon got te hang of it and it seemed to flow well. Thank you.

It was easier to use the audio on everyone's phone then I thought. The overview was so insightful! The flow for the tour was efficient and allowed the crowds to thin out so we could see everything easily. Very positive experience!

Our guide Anna was very knowledgeable of both the history and architecture of all we were seeing including political and religious aspects of the historical timeline of the castle and cathedral. She made the tour enjoyable.

Great way to see Prague castle at your own pace. Email came ahead of time and we downloaded the app- very easy to use. Definitely go early in the day as it gets very crowded.

The tour of St Vitus was very informative. Unfortunately we missed the start of the tour. We assumed that the Prague Castle tour would start at the Prague Castle, unfortunately for us that's not the case! Had we read the directions we'd have seen that it starts at the Charles Bridge. One recommendation would be in the confirmation to highlight that the meeting point is Not The Castle. It sounds as though we weren't the first to experience this. The tour company did a good job reconnecting us with the group.

The audio was hard to navigate and we found that two voices were being heard. It would start over on the previous section while the current selection was also playing. We could not advance the audio to the building we wished to visit until after the introduction was completed. We found it was easier to listen to the audio when we were back at our hotel.

Prague castle is a great tour well worth a visit. The lady in the ticket office at the castle is extremely rude and unhelpful. I bought the tickets online but couldn't download them. I went to the ticket office for help and was basically told to get out and ask somebody else for help.
