On our first day we arrived at the cathedral and realized that tickets are required to visit all four locations, but it was already close to closing time. The next day we used Headout service and were very satisfied. We visited St. Vitus Cathedral, the Golden Lane, and the Old Royal Palace. The exhibits were impressive, although not everywhere it is clearly stated which items are originals and which are replicas, which may be a bit confusing for children. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. After visiting the cathedral, we later went to the National Museum and were able to recognize engravings depicting coronations and cathedral interiors we had just seen. A very educational and enriching experience.

Innanzi tutto la facilità nel riconoscere i nostri contatti che raggruppandoti per lingue parlate ti indicavano nel dettaglio il percorso del castello consigliando anche la priorità da dare alle visite. Con questi consigli abbiamo scelto di vedere innanzi tutto il cambio della guardia del palazzo reale per poi rientrare e vedere la basilico di San Giorgio ed il vicolo d'oro per poi fare una breve pausa per rifocillare la temperatura corporea (visto che all'esterno erano -5°C) e poi ritornare a visionare palazzo reale e cattedrale di San Vito. Bella esperienza pertanto farò altre esperienza con Headout.

We had a fantastic two-and-a-half-hour tour of the castle with Ross, and it was worth every minute. Ross was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history of the castle. He explained everything clearly, added fascinating details and stories, and kept the tour lively and interesting throughout. The pace was perfect, never rushed, and he was always happy to answer questions. Ross made the history come alive and really enhanced our visit. Highly recommended - one of the highlights of our trip.

The Prague Castle experience was mesmerizing. I've visited many cathedrals in my day, and truly, few could compare to the elegant, operatic charm of the St. Vitus Cathedral. Wandering through Prague Castle in the footsteps of Franz Kafka and Good King Wenceslas, peering down over the ramparts on the bustling streets and the whispering rhythms of the Vltava, was, truthfully, a memory I shall carry onwards for the rest of my life. An amazing place and one of the most exciting in all of Europe!

Salut ! Le séjour c'est déroulé parfaitement bien , nous avons était super bien accueilli que se soit à l'hôtel ou bien dans tout les commerces . Pour se qui est des visites des monuments , nous les avons trouvé en super état et impressionnant comme la basilique . Le pont saint Charles de nuit reste particulièrement magnifique qui nous permet ensuite de rentrer dans ces petites ruelle remplie de pavé qui sont tout sa rempli de charme . À bientôt à Prague

J'ai réservé un billet famille par Internet. Ensuite, il faut aller le chercher physiquement dans les locaux de l'agence dans la vieille ville. Ce point n'était pas très clair, je pensais que j'aurais directement le billet numérique sur mon téléphone. Mais finalement ça a amélioré notre expérience: sur place, on a eu des bons conseils pour éviter les queues et mieux profiter du château.

It was very convenient not having to queue to buy tickets on site, and we appreciated the brief introduction by the guide (Lucia, if I’m not mistaken) before the visit. However, we were disappointed with the audio guide, which often stopped without allowing us to finish the narration, and it felt like nothing more than a basic web page reader (not even a very smart one).

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

The Prague Castle complex is a Presidential office, therefore certain buildings may be closed for operational or state-ceremonial reasons. Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours. Please note the following dates of closure:
