My flight from Heathrow was delayed nearly 4 hours delayed and normally that should be booked as a 'no show' according to policy but they allowed me in no problem, tried to book me a shower but due to timings I didn't have time. The receptionists were extremely friendly and accommodating, the only thing I would say was that the buffet was fairly limited and some of the charging ports weren't working...

The premium plaza lounge is a little sanctuary tucked right inside the airport. It offered a comfortable and tranquil place to rest, shower and recuperate between flights, with plenty of food and beverage options as well as plenty of time to shower (you are alotted a time slot upon arrival). I arrived with no expectations but left feeling satisfied.

A welcome oasis in a busy airport. Exceptional staff were the highlight for me. I was emotional and tired after a long flight and the women at the reception were caring and attentive and made me feel so welcome. They checked in on me to see that I was alright. They define the 'premium' in my lounge experience.

Very quiet and relaxing. The shower was fabulous. The food was limited for vegetarians but still enough to eat. Lovely to have a few cocktails as well. This made me feel so much better with a long layover. Will do it again for sure.

Food was good but sitting arrangements was very poor with low class furnitures. Sorry to say that. At least I will not going to use their lounge next time.

We booked the lounge due to a 3 hour layover in Hong Kong after a long flight. The lounge was very crowded at this time and limited seating. We tried to book a shower to refresh for the next leg, but were told there were no spaces available until closing. We managed to find some lounge chairs eventually but was so stuffy we decided to leave and walk in the airport instead. We would probably not book this again based on our experience.

What to expect

Help yourself to an unlimited buffet featuring both Asian and Continental dishes. There’s something for everyone—from hot meals to light bites. Shower facilities are available with clean towels and toiletries (based on availability).
