Getting Started
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an e-ticket via email—just scan it on your phone at the entrance for entry. Arrive early to allow time for a routine security check at the gate. If you've selected optional add-ons like Early Park Entry or Premier Access, follow the instructions in your confirmation email for where and when to activate those benefits.

Keep in mind that selfie sticks, weapons, alcohol, wheeled luggage of any size, stroller wagons, wagons, carts or other wheeled carriers, folding chairs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, kites, flags, banners and stools are prohibited inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Clothes representative of an actual Disney character, obscene language, torn clothing, or clothing exposing excessive portions of the skin are not allowed inside the venue.

If a selected attraction is closed on the pass’s validity date, the pass may be used once for priority entry to one alternative attraction designated by Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited, subject to availability.
Early Park Entry Pass

This allows you entry an hour before the park opens.

There is a separate designated queue for this.

The attractions available during Entry Hour are: Cinderella Carousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Frozen Ever After – Presented by Blue Cross, and Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs.
