An absolute lifesaver during my 5-hour transit at Hong Kong airport before flying home to England! The Plaza Premium Lounge turned an exhausting wait into a thoroughly relaxing experience. The entire lounge was spotlessly clean, and the friendly, attentive staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The food selection was great, complemented by top-notch bar service. The highlight was definitely the refreshing shower, which completely revitalised me. The private shower room was immaculately clean and fully equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and fresh, crisp towels, plus a great included amenities pack. Having this peaceful space to unwind made all the difference. I would definitely use this lounge again and recommend it 100%!

After a day of feels like 43 deg and high humidity a shower, rest and refreshments before a 9 hour flight was exactly what we needed. Comfortable simple but great food and a glass of wine. A great option.

I used the lounge near Gate 60 and it was comfortable, clean and the staff amazing. My stay was 6 hours and I was offered a shower which was wonderful

Everything was very organised and there was unlimited supply of food and drink. I especially loved the shower rooms which had everything you could need, we're super clean and private.

From the beginning when I arrived at the front desk, all the staff were friendly and professional. Cleaning staff were always walking around making sure everything was clean especially when it became extremely busy. Recommendation: I notices some people who were sitting in the lounge put their bags on the chair and go and have something to eat at the tables and they were gone for quite awhile. some people who came in could not find somewhere to sit. Inform guest on arrival to take their bags with them if they are eating at the tables.

I mistakenly booked in the lounge near gate 1 but it was non refundable since it was 3rd party, with only sitting option there, I asked for a room booking, they referred and reserved a room for me near gate 60 while I find my way there, booked a room for 6hours, John was very accommodating and helpful, reaasured me for the wake up call so I wont be late for my next flight. Thus I slept for 5hours straight in the lounge, nice and clean rooms, thi not aound proof (but they eqrned me about it), they showed me the room before I booked in.

Nowhere to nap. Uncomfortable seating and a very poor selection of food of very poor quality. The staff were excellent and helpful
