Our guide was very good. In fact she was excellent. She knew all the interesting facts, but didn't bombard us with too many dates, all of which I've forgotten by the time I get to the end of the tour!. She answered any questions with great humour & understood the politics of both us Brits & our American tour companions, without getting drawn in too deep! 😂 The only issue was the initial meeting was a little "spontaneous " as there was no obvious sign for a dumb tourist to spot! 😂

La visite devait durer 1 heure, mais le guide nous a proposé d'arriver 30 minutes plus tôt pour prendre le temps de nous expliquer les détails architecturaux extérieurs. L'histoire de l'incendie. C'était passionnant. Je recommande vivement cette visite. Un grand merci à notre guide Hervé

Hervé Cadoret est un guide très professionnel qui connaît très bien non seulement son sujet mais il a la passion de l'histoire de Notre Dame de Paris depuis les tout débuts. Ses commentaires sont simples et accessibles mais toujours pertinents. Merci beaucoup on a beaucoup apprécié.

Bus's where on time and punctual leaving on time. Constantly reminding us to ease the concerns. Very patient with people who had no idea how to enter the bus and leave it. Amazing how confident we became with only a couple of stops

My rating was done by mistake ! It should be ZERO ! The payment been taken 48hrs before the tour, agent contacted me less than 24hrs before the tour started that they didn't received enough participants and offering me another day instead ??? I've reached out to Headout and been advised that they will investigate this matter and will let me know within next 18hrs 🤣, which would leave me with no time to do any changes during my Paris stay. I've requested to cancel the tour and choose different agent. Not happy with initial booking

This tour was fantastic. Melvil, our guide, met us right at the Metro stop, and we lucked out that it was just us and one other couple. We get an extremely informative tour that explained a ton of interesting things we otherwise wouldn't have learned, and he was engaging and funny throughout. Would highlight recommend vs waiting in line and doing a self guided tour, in my opinion. Worth it just for the line skip alone but the tour was truly fantastic
