Such a fun-packed day. Our bilingual tour guide Bernad was funny, informative and helpful and made our first trip to the falls a memorable one ! We did Journey behind the falls and the Hornblower cruise and both were definitely worth it. The round trip pickup and drop off from Toronto were very convenient and it was nice to let the navigation stresses out of our hands for the day!

Informations claires et adaptées, la veille, concernant le lieu de rdv. Guide très sympathique. Bus plutôt confortable. Formule très pratique pour visiter les chutes ! J'aurai aimé ne pas faire les arrêts à la fabrique de sirop d'érable et à l'horloge florale mais c'est nécessairement compris dans les formules.

The weather was perfect. The falls were magnificent . The tour was good but a bit rushed. We had very little time in The Tower. By the time we got up there it was virtually time to get back on the bus. Same with the 'behind the falls ' and the boat ride. Otherwise very good.

Bernad was a great guide and he knew his stuff. The Niagra falls boat tour was an incredible experience and the view from the skylon was definitely worth it! Highly reccomended day trip from Toronto!

Die Tour war gut organisiert und die Niagarafälle waren sehr beeindruckend. Ich würde wieder dieselbe Tour buchen allerdings ohne die Journey behind the falls - das ist etwas unnötig. Ansonsten hatten wir echt tolle Guides. Wenn man alle drei Attraktionen bucht, ist außerdem die Zeit super kurz. Man hat keine Zeit mehr um etwas anderes noch anzuschauen.

La tour Skylon est très impressionnante, nous avons adoré ainsi que la croisière. J'étais déçue par les coulisses des chutes, je m'attendais à autre chose mais la journée était magique, le guide très clair, le transport confortable, un arrêt pour une dégustation de sirop d'érable et chocolat, une belle excursion très complète à conseiller.

The guide and driver were very friendly, insightful and accommodating. Couldn't recommend this tour more, although I would say if you go for the full package (including helicopter flight) there's a lot to fit in. We are exhausted but had an amazing time

Escursione bella. Secondo me fatta un poco troppo velocemente.. bisognerebbe avere più tempo libero lì in giro dopo le visite perché è molto carino. (Ma è una cosa comune che fanno tutti quelli che irganizzano escursione li) una piccola pecca lamlingua e la comunicazione. Ve bene che è fatta in inglese, ma avete un po' più di interazione per capire Meglio il tutto (ad esempio scrivete i vari orari e le varie cose che si faranno e vedranno oltre a dirle a voce, in modo che magari chi non conosce l'inglese le possa copiare e tradurle..)

Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert. Wir wurden pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Während der Fahrt hat Bernad (unser Guide) uns mehrfach in sehr gutem und langsamen Englisch den Ablauf der Tour erklärt. Vor Ort war alles dann sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben am Anfang bereits alle Tickets bekommen und konnten uns die Zeit dann selbst einteilen. Bernad war ein super Guide und hat mit uns auch ein paar Worte auf deutsch gewechselt. Ich kann die Tour weiterempfehlen.

What to bring

Shoes: Bring along comfortable shoes suitable for walking and sightseeing.

Waterproof bag: Carry a waterproof bag to protect your belongings from the mist.

Electronics: Use waterproof cases for phones and cameras to keep them dry near the Falls.

Additional information

Seasonal cruise: The Hornblower Cruise is not available in winter months and is replaced by another attraction as per your tour.

Facilities: Restroom access is limited, so use the facilities before the tour begins.

Ponchos: Ponchos are provided near Horseshoe Falls, but you are still likely to get wet from the mist.
