Kousei, our tour guide was super nice and helped us with finding the good photo spots, he went above and beyond by calling a family when they mistakenly heard the wrong gather time. The tour was quite nicely paced, and Kousei made sure we were able to see everything we needed to. We even managed to see Mount Fuji! We were quite lucky in that aspect. Overall highly highly recommend, if you have no driver's license or if you're unsure of what to explore around Mount Fuji in general, this package kinda had everything!

It was a day well spent, really helped connect us to the Hakone Shrine and Mt Fuji experience- highly recommended, especially if you're lucky enough to get our Tour Guide, Jack (Captain Jack). Jack brought knowledge and infectious enthusiasm and energy to the tour, really kept our group informed and on-time, without it ever feeling rushed. He does this everyday and you get the feeling he lives what he does.

Very well organized, everything went perfectly as planned. Our guide 'Captain Jack' was very friendly and gave us all very interesting information on all the sites we visited. Even though we were a large group, Jack made time for all travellers to give them personalized information and help. I really recommend this package. You see a lot on one day.

It was an amazing tour. Will was an amazing tour guide, he kept the entire bus ride interesting by talking about history and fun facts about the places we were visiting. The only downside I can point to is that we didn't get enough time to properly explore places. And I recommend upgrading to First class in the ship ride because it gets too crowded.

It was a full day, with new experiences and with an energetic and very good planner guide - James. Of course, the best of all was the excelent visibility of mount Fuji all the afternoon. I, personally, would like to have more time at every stop, but I understand the time is limited and the road to Tokyo is crowded, so time- consuming.

Amazing tour that hits the highlights which was great for my son and I since we only had a short trip. The only downside was the long drive, which is unavoidable. Tourguides are amazing and theubstrike just the right balance of information.
