Der Buchungsprozess war sehr einfach. Die schriftliche Bestätigung kam promt und auch heute bei der Einlösung des Kombitickets funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Ich hatte die Petronas Tower's um 10.30 Uhr a.m. gebucht und es war sehr leer...sprich man hatte sehr viel Platz,Ruhe für die Besichtigung und KEIN Gedränge um die besten Fotoplätze zb. Den KL Tower habe ich dann zur Dämmerung aufgesucht. Auch kein Gedränge,aber voller als bei den Zwillingstürmen morgens. Trotzdem ist die Zeit der Dämmerung top....wenn die Sonne langsam untergeht und gleichzeitig die Lichter nach und nach angehen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which was the most impotany factor in making happy memories for visitors. The crowd size was well managed, not overcrowded. We were given enough time to walk on the skybridge, enjoy the view of the beautiful city and finding the landmarks. Highly recommended.

Overall this combo package is truly amazing where all the process for check-in at the counter really smooth. The non-stop journey from KL terminals, KLIA and KLIA2, and KL Sentral covers approximately 60 kilometres in only 35 minutes. You can choose between two ticketing options and pick either one-way transfers or round-trip transfers for a seamless experience.
