Begin your adventure at either the London Transport Museum or the Tower of London. Simply present your mobile ticket at the entrance. At the Tower, security checks and ticket validation are completed at the main gate before you explore at your own pace.

Tower of London
- Photography is allowed in most areas, except the Jewel House and the Chapel of St. John.
- Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in this experience.
- Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed.

- Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

- Visitors under 17 go free but will need a free timed entry ticket, which you can add to the basket during checkout.
Tower of London
- The Crown Jewels are a working collection, and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.
- You can arrive within 30 mins of your ticket time (e.g., between 10am–10:29am). We are unable to guarantee entry before or after your time slot.
- Your ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is permitted.
