7/6/26 We arrived early to check out waiting times and luggage storage as we were told you couldn't take bags. This is not the case, a very welcoming gentleman explained this to us and and after a brief conversation we were upgraded to almost immediate entry and for just £10 tickets for Sea Life, which we had 90 days to use. His customer service was first class. I recommend going early, we were there just before 11am and with the earlier entry we were ahead on our day by a full half hour. It's definitely one of thee to do things on your trip to London. Fantastic views of almost every landmark. Would recommend this to anyone.

My visit to the London Eye was fantastic! The service from the Headout team was impeccable, ensuring a smooth and quick entry that made everything stress-free. The panoramic view of London in the clear midday light was absolutely breathtaking and offered the perfect perspective of the city. Loved the flexible entrance option as we visited on the day we arrived. Saved us time in line and was flexible as we learned the city. It was a rainy day, so a nice option to see the area in a dry and comfortable place.

Our fast track passes worked really well less than 5 mins from turning up to jumping on the eye, once up there although the day was greyish, the views were amazing being able to pick our various places.

Increíble experiencia! Sin duda las mejores vistas de la ciudad y con el suficiente tiempo para poder sacar todas las fotos que uno quiera. No doy 5 estrellas porque te cobran extra las fotos que ellos te sacan y creo que con el precio de los ticket, esto ya podría estar incluido.
