Inizialmente ho avuto delle difficoltà a capire quale fosse il punto di incontro perché non era ben descritto sul voucher. Infatti era solo scritto British Museum senza indicare la via ne il numero civico. Mi sono recata sul posto qualche giorno prima dell' esperienza e, non avendo trovato nessun cartello per questo tour vicino all'entrata del British, ho chiamato headout e loro mi hanno inviato una mail in cui era indicato nello specifico il punto di incontro, che si trovava a circa 350 metri dall'entrata del Museo. Una volta risolto questo inconveniente, devo dire che, a parte il prezzo molto più alto pagato inevitabilmente tramite il tour operator anziché lo studios ( disponibilità dirette terminate), il posto mi è piaciuto tantissimo... È veramente emozionante e fatto molto molto bene. Però le 4 ore previste non sono state assolutamente sufficienti perché allo scadere delle 4 ore noi eravamo ancora a metà visita. Per riuscire a visitare tutto senza fretta, sono necessarie circa 7 ore... A parte questo, consiglio veramente di visitare questi studios!

The Headout Harry Potter Studio tour was fantastic. They organised the travel to and from main locations in London, that were easy for us as tourists to find. The Harry Potter studio is incredible and a MUST SEE for all fans. This studio is the studio that the cast filmed on for 10 years and the team at the studio are excellent at explaining what you're looking at and the Audio guide has so much content that you can easily spend over 4 hours going through it all! It's much bigger than you'd expect. The Headout team also sends you a message prior to the event to provide assistance with the tour and also any other questions you have with your London visit. That was a standout service for us as we appreciated the assistance with getting around London and getting tips on where to go and how to get there.

Es war alles super organisiert. Der Bus war pünktlich und sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten sogar etwas mehr Zeit als vier Stunden. Der Besuch der Warner Brothers Studio lohnt sich auch wenn man kein mega Harry Potter Fan ist, sondern einfach nur interessiert ist. Man wird wirklich un die Harry Potter-Welt entführt und erfährt auch viel, was man vorher nicht unbedingt wusste. Man ist mittendrin, kann sehr viele Stationen der Filmkulisse anschauen und teilweise betreten, was toll ist. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essensangebot ist toll. Und nicht zuletzt das Bunmeln durch die Shops, da gibt es tolle Sachen, die natürlich erwartungsgemäß ihren Preis haben. Unser Fazit (trotz anfänglicher Skepsis): Es lohnt sich!

Die Abholung vom Treffpunkt verlief problemlos. Mit einem Reisebus ging es bis fast vor dem Eingang der Harry Potter Tour. Kurzer Rucksack Check und schon war man in der Welt der Zauberer. Die Ausstellung war grandios und es gab viel zu sehen und erleben. Trödeln sollte man allerdings nicht, da man zur vereinbarten Zeit wieder am Bus sein muss. Der Bus ist wieder super pünktlich abgefahren und brachte uns wieder zum Startpunkt unserer Reise. Eine kurze Durchsage vor Ankunft wäre vielleicht für manche nicht schlecht gewesen. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Such a wonderful and unforgettable experience! As a Harry Potter fan, seeing the iconic sets, costumes, and all the magical details up close was truly special. I enjoyed every moment and felt like I had stepped right into the wizarding world. An absolute must-visit. Highly recommended

Wasn't a huge Harry Potter fan, still loved the tour. Detailed exhibits explained amazing film techniques thoroughly. Fascinating behind the scenes stuff! Can't wait to see a Harry Potter film now that I know how it was made. This was my favorite day in my week long visit to England!

The package of services provided by Headout as a whole was excellent- the bus partner company however could try some changes regarding the departing of the Studios as it is not very likely for one to explore the entirety of the Harry Potter experience for the duration of the fixed visit (around 4 hours). Perhaps a possibility of catching the next provided bus or a later one would be a good option included with the package. Of course it is also perfectly fine if people would like to leave early (a matter of personal preference). Thank you.

Wir haben Tickets mit Transfer vom Britisch Museum gebucht. Leider war es nicht sehr gut erklärt, dass der Abholort 7 min von da ist. Zum Glück waren wir rechtzeitig da. Keiner Vorort konnte uns aber sagen wohin und zum Glück habe ich die Mail erneut gelesen und die Adresse ganz klein oben gefunden. Mit Kindern natürlich großer Stressfaktor. Es war nur durch einen Link in einer Mail erklärt, jedoch selbst im Titel stand Bririsch Museum. Hier würde ich es anders kommunizieren. Da wir 2 Tickets übrig hatten und ich keine Chance hatte Vorort noch diese weiterzuverkaufen ein teurer Spaß für uns. Die Resie dorthin hat super geklappt und auch das Event selber lohnt sich. Der Transfer zurück, wurde gut erklärt, Abholort und Zeit wurden mehrfach besprochen.

The return journey to London takes roughly 1 to 1½ hours.

Factor in at least 7 hours for the entire experience, including round-trip transfers.
