The London Dungeon was a great experience! The environment was very immersive and all of the actors were fully committed. It genuinely made for a very spooky experience--my partner and I were genuinely scared at severeal points! We also really enjoyed the photos that they took of us at the beginning and thought they made a great London souvenier. The one downside was that several people in our group were a bit rude and were speaking quite loud. At a few points, this made it difficult to actually hear the actors perform. But, that is not the fault of the business, though maybe they could have someone who monitors that a bit more closely. Still, an overall great experience and more fun than we had originally expected!

I was socdelighted when I arrived way too early and the staff allowed us to enter so early as one of my family ended up in hospital in another part of London and my early entry meant I could wnjoy the attraction with my youngest son and then travel to my oldest son in hospital in time for the visiting hours. The staff were amazing Also my son was put in the dock which was hilarious!!! I would definitely recommend this attraction to family and friends

Children: Guests under 12 enter at parent or guardian discretion, and under 16s must be with an adult aged 18 or above.

Disabled guests and carers: Disabled guests pay standard admission, and accompanying carers can enter free of charge.

Language: The London Dungeon experience is conducted only in English.
