Upon arrival, make your way to the main entrance, where the towering 10-meter LEGO DUPLO Christmas tree welcomes you. After a quick security check, simply show your online ticket confirmation for easy access to the park.

Meet Santa & LEGO characters

Step into Santa’s cozy living room and share your Christmas wishes with the jolly man himself, a tradition that’s only available until December 23. The magic continues as you meet beloved LEGO characters like Reindeer Girl and Gingerbread Man, ready to spread holiday cheer. These character meet-and-greets are the perfect way to capture festive memories and make the experience extra special for the whole family.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking, as it may be required at the entrance.

Dress in warm, weather-appropriate layers and wear sturdy, comfortable footwear for a full day of exploration in the park.

For outdoor winter activities like skating and meet-and-greets, consider packing gloves, hats, and scarves to stay comfortable.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the park for security reasons.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals.

The park strictly prohibits alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication on the premises.

Smoking is restricted to designated areas within the park.

Accessibility

Some attractions and areas, such as 'X‑treme Racers' and 'Polar X‑plorer', are not accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Check the LEGOLAND Billund app or contact 'Guest Services' for more details.

You can rent a wheelchair at the park (subject to availability) and reserve one ahead of time to guarantee access.

Accessible restrooms are conveniently located throughout the park, and the LEGOLAND app can help you locate the nearest one.

Service animals, including guide dogs, are welcome in all guest areas such as restaurants, shops, and select attractions.

Rides close one hour before the park closes (usually at 5pm or 6pm, depending on the season). Be sure to check the schedule upon arrival for exact ride hours.

The Christmas event runs from November 29 to December 31, 2025; meet-and-greet with Santa Claus is available only from November 29 to December 23.

Some rides have height, age, or build restrictions for safety. Please review these restrictions at the ride entrances or in the app to ensure everyone in your party can participate.

Meals, snacks, and merchandise from Christmas stalls are not included in your ticket and must be purchased separately.

You can bring your own food and enjoy it at designated picnic tables and benches throughout the park.

The BabyCenter offers changing tables, feeding areas, and a quiet space for parents with toddlers, providing a comfortable spot to rest during your visit.
