Our tour guy Billy was outstanding along with the bus drivers..... from the start for check in to the end .... wvwryone was very friendly and made our experience awesome..... the kids loved it 🤗

Getting started

Check in at Kualoa Ranch’s Visitor Center at least 45 minutes prior to your tour's start time. Meet your guide and confirm your booking. After a brief introduction, you’ll board a shuttle to the historic Moli‘i Fishpond for the start of your experience.

What to bring

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted at any time during the experience.

Dangerous, hazardous, or prohibited items are not allowed on the premises.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Guests must be able to climb stairs to board the catamaran.

The tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with back or neck conditions.

Walking is minimal, and shaded seating is available on board.

Additional information

All guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The tour does not operate on Sundays or Federal Holidays due to state laws restricting commercial vessels on the bay.

The experience runs rain or shine; in cases of severe weather, further instructions will be provided by the operator.
