Va bene i biglietti elettronici ma ad esempio nel caso di mia figlia minorenne che ha diritto a biglietto gratuito ho dovuto comunque passare per la biglietteria e quindi non ho potuto saltare la fila

La visita fue audioguíada muy interesante lo único es difícil llevar una ruta concreta y muy fácil perderse entre los yacimientos ya que no hay muy buenas indicaciones

Everything worked perfectly. Buying tickets in advance with Headout saved us a lot of time waiting in line. The tickets arrived on time and the audio guide was very helpful for a complete visit (because without the audio guide it's difficult to find your way around). The after-sales service is also very good because, when I needed to contact them to resolve a question, they promptly responded and solved my problem. And the Palace of Knossos is a must-see; a thrilling dive into history.

Die Wegbeschreibung war gut, aber es war ohne Handy in der Hand und visuell verfolgen ob das aktuelle Kapitel noch zum selben Raum/Ort gehört etwas schwierig zu orientieren. Der Abstieg zum Südpalast ist im Audio-Guide gar nicht erwähnt. Da bin ich glücklicher Weise gleich am Anfang der Führung hinunter gegangen um diesen Teil nicht zu verpassen. Ein Hinweis dazu hat gefehlt. Ich habe beim Pausieren des Guides immer wieder den Guide neu starten müssen, um wieder an der pausierten Stelle weiter zu machen.

The app did not work and download our tickets in advance so we had to ring customer services to sort. The Knossos palace itself was very interesting and well worth a visit. We were happier to use the display boards for information rather than the audio guide.

Bien que j’ai acheté un audioguide en français, celui-ci était uniquement disponible en anglais, sans possibilité de le changer en français. Le début de la visite a donc été pénible et compliqué, car j’ai perdu beaucoup de temps à essayer de faire fonctionner correctement l’audioguide. Cela a fortement impacté la qualité de ma visite.

Mi juin personne à 8h 30 à l'entrée. Nous aurions dû acheter nos billets sur place et pas sur internet 20 euros seulement ! Et un audio guide offert à l'entrée bien mieux que celui proposé avec nos billets car il correspond au site car ce n' est pas facile de se repérer dans ces ruines.
